Ported and Polished Head for '02 and up MINI and MINI "S"

These used Heads are reconditioned to Performance specs by:

Heads are pressure tested, cleaned and Bolt on ready!

Both the Intake and Exhaust Bowls have gone thru extensively. Bowl work, smoothing and blending, modifing the valve boss and raising the roof of the runners to direct and increase air flow, with attention to the short radius. INTAKE ports are Matched to gasket size and smoothed into the throat and bowl areas and smoothed into the port. EXHAUST port ported and blended deep into the Bowl, throat is enlarged and then Polished! A Performance Valve Job is done with a "Flow" backcut on the valve to increase low lift flow at the valve for higher velocity and cylinder filling keep the power for the daily drives when you are OFF boost! Combustion Chambers worked to remove any hot spots. Heads are made to your application, NO one size fits all !! We do the Head for the N/A Cooper as well as the Supercharged !!

Three ways to go..

1) TPR-1 Is a ported Head with stock valves size to maintain the low end when you are OFF the boost.. the trip to work, or on the way to Jacks for fish and chips! Usual mods are the exhaust/ pulley/ CAI this head is perfect for the spirited drive, the occasional Track day!! MPG actually increases!!! $1195.00 plus small core fee

2nd) TPR-2 Suggested Mods 17-19% pulley/ CAI/ exhaust / camshaft and a tune... we have that covered also.. Still not a full on Racer, however like to show the tail lights to others?? Great power mid to topend ( where EVER that is...) Higher flowing larger stainless valves with the under cut stems for even more air flow, MPG isnt your bother, being there first is!! $1695.00 plus small core fee

3rd) TPR-3 the full on Racing Head!! Not just another BVH, this is custom built to your needs, rev limitations, and cam lift !! No cookie cutter here!! Usually all the boost you can stuff in to this little engine!! Deeper port work.. larger Stainless valves with the under cut stems and when tied together with the performance valve job with the back cut ( more low lift flow) These heads just flat ROCK!! Not suggested for the daily drive.. but some do it anyway!! $1995.00 plus small core fee
